Upper School technique classes are taught daily, and all students take their basic ballet technique class together, just like in a professional company. Classes are Monday through Saturday, and for every class missed the student must take two technique classes with the Level 4 students in the Lower School.

Beyond the daily technique class, there are other required classes, listed below.

Apprentice – daily technique class, men/pointe class 2 times per week,
male/female variation class (one classical, one contemporary) twice a week,
one advanced level general art class.

Corps de Ballet – daily technique class, men/pointe class 3 times per week,
male/female variation class (one classical, one contemporary) twice a week,
two advanced level general art class.

Demi Soloist – daily technique class, men/pointe class 3 times per week,
male/female variation class (one classical, one contemporary) twice a week,
private coaching session twice per week, two advanced level general art class,
general art class thesis course.

Soloist – daily technique class, men/pointe class 5 times per week,
male/female variation class (one classical, one contemporary) twice a week,
private coaching session twice per week, one session with Soloist as private
coach per week, general art course project (ongoing throughout year, with
culmination in public presentation.), participation on review boards for lower
